**The Role**

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's ICT landscape by contributing to long-term strategies and capacity planning for hardware. Your responsibilities include providing technical specifications for ICT product purchases, managing End User Compute software, offering support to ICT users, and ensuring the efficient functionality of the company's devices. You will monitor and report on desktop performance, actively support end-user hardware through Intune stack and Windows Autopatch solutions and maintain technical documentation. Additionally, your role involves supporting and maintaining the company's M365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint and Teams deployments, and overseeing the administration of security awareness training in alignment with security framework's.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Essential customer service experience with several years in 1st or 2nd line IT support
- Proficient in software, including M365 stack, InTune, and Android/Apple iOS systems
- Experience in managing end user devices, utilizing remote management tools
- Strong understanding of security principles
