**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for skilled end user trainer who can build this knowledge into the training on a daily basis in
**Auckland**. Our Skilled End User Trainer will deliver training to mature our student’s knowledge, awareness, Microsoft office suite usage and assist them by addressing common challenges experienced by most companies. We are searching for individuals that have teaching experience or be willing to upskill in the relevant discipline areas;
Microsoft Office Suites including Access and Project all versions

Power BI

MS SharePoint and Teams user training
- Project Management end user training

**What will I do?**

Deliver quality training in accordance to the skill set the organisation requires

Customise training to meet client requirements

Provide assistance and recommendations to the sales team on content and delivery options

Regularly review training to ensure standards are kept to a high quality and continuous improvement

Upskill in new technologies and develop training skills in accordance to market/client requirements and develop technical relationships to capitalise on market opportunities

Deliver training on client site either in or outside of your location including customer sites and our other training facilities.

Deliver training with invigilation of examinations specific to that course, if applicable to your certification.
- Plan develop and create custom workshops including creation of manuals/handouts

**IT support**

You will be responsible for the room, equipment and software/image loading for your own classes and will provide assistance to the training team with other room setups

Contribute to the development of new courseware or customised courseware
- Provide support to the team

**Team responsibilities**

Undertake projects as required by the sales team and provide advice on training paths and customisations to meet client requirements
- Participate in weekly team meetings
