Ngā mahi - What you'll do:

The Manager - End User Services is accountable for the operational management and support of the End User Services Team ensuring all delivery is secure, robust and delivers optimal business value and operate to agreed and appropriate service levels.


The End User Services team includes:

  • Service Desk (Level 1)
  • End User Technology Team (Level 2)
  • Digital Workspace Team (Level 3)


Responsible for the delivery of End User Support for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities the Manager - End User Services is responsible for the management and leadership of the End User Support teams and, where necessary, the delivery of additional End User Support functions for Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities.

This Manager - End User Services also takes a lead role in the strategic planning, development and delivery of business services and projects where it relates to End User Services.

The Manager - End User Services will:

  • Lead and manage an effective End User Support practice
  • People Leadership
  • Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships
  • Strategy, Innovation, and continuous improvement

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you'll need:
To be successful in this role the Manager End User Services will have:

  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in a service delivery role / senior support roles supporting users and services in an enterprise environment
  • People leadership and management experience
  • Experience working with external ICT service providers and internal development teams
  • Experience leading large pieces of work to successful outcomes
