With 3 offices in the Wellington region working for a well renowned insurance company. You will be the ‘go to’ person.

**What you will be doing**:

- Overseeing 3 branches
- Assisting with required administration duties
- Invoicing
- Assisting the 3 offices with any documentation needs
- Keep up to date with company guidelines and requirements

**Your skills;**
- Experienced administration skills
- A natural people person
- Impressive ability to multi task
- Previous office management experience advantageous

This role requires you to be based in the office 5 days a week. Applicants must be a resident or citizen of New Zealand.
