Our client is a not for profitorganisation, who provide health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau area. Theyre growing faster than they can keep up with, with now 250 employees and counting. Because of this huge growth, they now have a need for another permanent, full time administrator to join the team.

In this role, youll need to be open to all things mental health and spirituality as the team have a very holistic approach. The team support family with their mental health and wellbeing. The team is growing so theyre looking for an expert Administrator to step in and look after all things admin.

You will be joining a fantastic team, who share the same common passion for their community. Your team will feel like family.If you have a knowledge of Maori customs and ideologies AND you have previous administration experience, then we would like to hear from you

**As Administrator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Monitoring the wellness team inbox and following up on referrals
- Calendar management for the team
- Assisting with event coordination
- Reception duties
- Liaising with clients

**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous administration experience
- Solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication written and verbal
