We are seeking a confident, experienced Finance Administrator, who can hit the ground running. Being the central liaison point between Nelmac and our internal and external customers, you’ll manage various financial transactions and support our overall financial operations.

A typical day could include:

- A wide range of finance and administrative support
- Invoicing and record management
- Accounts reconciliations
- Financial recording and updating
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

We are keen to hear from you if you have:

- Experience in accounts payable / accounts receivable
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices
- A passion for high levels of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A high level of experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn in house systems such as Business Central and Sharepoint
- Proven ability to be well organised with high attention to detail
- A commitment to teamwork and be equally able to work autonomously
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast paced environment
