This well-established company, which imports and wholesales specialist production machinery, are seeking that special person to be their Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operation of the company.

The position oversees one assistant in the administrative department, and to work closely with the Director and Senior Sales Staff.

**The position incorporates the following responsibilities**:
General Ledger
Payroll for 5 persons
GST / PAYE/ other taxes as required
Fixed Asset Maintenance
Management Reports
Costings
Month End
Credit Control
Inventory Control
General Administration including freight and related documentation.

General Bookkeeping/Accounts Knowledge
Experience to Trial Balance (referred)
Strong Computer abilities

Well organised

Able to set priorities

Self discipline
Good Communicator with Good Command of English
Pro Active Can Do Approach

This role will also provide the opportunity for the person to be involved in the day-to-day operation of the company and act on behalf of the Director/Owner when required. The role can develop to be involved in promotions such as preparing client newsletters and other promotional materials.

The salary offered will dependent on background and experience but will be rewarding to the right applicant as will the position.

The hours are flexible and may suit a returning person the the workforce.
