**HR/ IT Administrator** - **Head Office New Lynn** **Part-time**:
**We are seeking an HR/ IT Administrator to join the team at one of NZ’s most iconic women’s fashion brands**

- Have strength in IT Related tasks
- Have experience using MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel
- Have strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Have great organisational skills and a co-operative manner
- Are proactive, show initiative and enjoy solving problems
- Have the right to work in NZ,

**Key job requirements and skills**
- Maintaining employee databases and records
- Processing new employees
- Health and Safety
- Co-ordinate with Payroll processing company
- Employee/Payroll reporting
- Main point of call for device setup, troubleshooting and upgrades for our office and stores
- Engagement with IT suppliers
- Support for wider accounts and managements teams as required
