**Administration and Logistics Coordinator **for their offices in Rolleston, Christchurch.
This is a varied role supporting the South Island Manager with logistics planning, coordination, sales, customer service and operations, production dispatch and delivery, and administrative functions across all areas including HR and Health and Safety. As such, we are looking for a highly organised administrative whizz who gets a buzz out of being on top of things and enjoys juggling lots of balls
**Task and Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with drivers regarding deliveries, customer needs, and special requirements.
- Produce delivery dockets and manage order confirmation distribution and payments.
- Monitor product delivery schedule to ensure the accuracy of data and efficiency of truck loads.
- Manage truck preventative services, CoF/WoF, and unscheduled breakdowns
- Organise/Co-ordinate emergency breakdowns with external contractors
- Assist with picking up/dropping off drivers to service providers (where required)
- Assisting the South Island Manager with HR and H&S i.e. payroll, inductions, certifications, incidents.
- Receipting inwards goods.
- Purchasing required components/products from suppliers
- Container sign-off arriving from the North Island.
- Dispatching customers orders.
- Stocktakes and other administrative functions as required.
**Key**
**Competencies Required**:
- Previous logistics administration experience would be preferred.
- Health & Safety and HR skills would be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM databases and SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- High level of computer skills and advanced in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Solid oral and written communication (fluent English is a must).
- Demonstrated team player.
