This is a part-time role with school / day-care friendly hours ideal for an energetic individual with great interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. As our Office Administrator, you will ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the office, including greeting visitors, ordering supplies, processing invoices, H&S administration, and preparing documentation such as POs.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Organization and Management of Inventory, stocktakes, and WIP reconciliation functions
- Complete required daily reports, including damage and rework, and production schedule percentage to plan reports
- Purchase Items from suppliers for production, raw materials and consumables where required
- Review Workflows and Price Variances
- Receipt of Inwards Goods
- Run Open PO Report Weekly - Review, Update and Close POs
- Reconciliation of Key Supplier Statements
**What you will Bring**:
- 10 years plus proven office administration experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work, highly skilled at planning and organization of tasks, can consistently meet demanding deadlines
- Must be skilled in MS Office including word, excel and reporting
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Working knowledge of health and safety and payroll legislation
- Current full drivers license
