The opportunity
- Represent the focal leadership point for New Zealand to the local market and the internal LAB3 team providing confidence in LAB3’s in country presence.
- Develop and execute the New Zealand growth strategy in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team to grow New Zealand revenue and market presence.
- Drive sales, marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies in New Zealand.
- Partner with relevant LAB3 stakeholders to develop a successful GTM strategy for product and services.
- Manage and derive value from local partnership relationships with Microsoft and Hashi Corp.
- Represent LAB3 in the local New Zealand market at industry, partner, community and business network events.
- Advise LAB3 on New Zealand market trends and insights.
- Advise LAB3 on New Zealand employee trends.
- Provide local leadership to LAB3sters leading team communications, events and overall engagement and connection in the region.
- Partner with relevant LAB3 stakeholders to deliver employee engagement plans and drive high levels of employee engagement across the region.
