Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As the Personal Assistant, you will work behind the scenes to make it all happen. You will provide the highest level of professional support to the Head of Customer Experience North while seamlessly co-ordinating an effective and efficient office, driving administration tasks and generally supporting the broader teams.
The CX North team includes our branch network north of Taupo and our Contact Centre. You are responsible for coordinating this busy team, your outstanding organisational skills will be utilised to support the performance of the team, while managing a busy diary, travel bookings and accommodation, preparation of documentation for presentations, communications, special projects and operations support to the Head of Customer Experience North and wider team. You will also be required to prepare agendas, meeting co-ordination, minute taking, action recording and tracking.

Highly motivated and comfortable working to deadlines, you will show initiative and innovation, be an exceptional communicator and have a strong sense of integrity when handling confidential information. A high level of professionalism, a solid technical aptitude (MS Office) and a proven capability within a professional service environment is essential. Your energy, attitude and people skills will see your success in this highly dynamic environment.
Resilience, adaptability, initiative, and attention to detail are critical along with the ability to problem solve and deal with complex and at times challenging requests. We are looking for someone with confidence, tenacity, and a can-do attitude that can add immediate value to this mutli-faceted role.
Flexible working approach and be able to cope in a demanding environment with volume you will have a high level of professionalism and proven success as a PA (3-5 years); used to working with senior management within a large complex, corporate environment. You are confident with IT for large and small presentations / video conferences and mobile phones.
