**Position: Head Tutor - Permanent 35 hours**

**Your Role**:
As the Head Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the academic excellence of our students and the smooth operation of our tutoring centres. You will lead and inspire a team of tutors while creating a positive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Growing revenue through effective lead and assessment conversion, high retention rates, and maintaining relationships.
- Supporting and mentoring staff to enhance their teaching and learning knowledge and skills.
- Monitoring and ensuring lesson plan quality and adherence to the Kip Difference.
- Managing day-to-day centre operations and adhering to policies and regulations.
- Maintaining appropriate student files and documentation.
- Delivering effective communication with parents and tutors.
- Monitoring and reporting centre performance, including student numbers and debt management.
- Keeping students engaged and focused on their learning through explicit teaching and timely feedback.
- Following the Kip tutoring method, focusing on building self-esteem and independence.
- Committing to ongoing professional development and maintaining necessary clearances.

**Requirements**:
