We have an exciting newly created role available for a Partner Account Manager to join our Bulletin team. Due to significant growth of our SMS platform over the last 3 years, this newly created role will focus driving our customers digital journey whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout their life cycle.

In this role your key responsibility will be to manage one of our longest serving Partner relationships and all their respective customers that we manage on their behalf. Working alongside the Head of Enterprise in managing the relationship and the Customer Success team for a specific high value set of customers, to ensure there is a minimum set of consistent touchpoints automatically delivered for each customer journey, to ensure a seamless customer experience and positive customer satisfaction

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure all predefined automated touchpoints are set and triggered in order to monitor customers use of the service and satisfaction, alongside the Account Head of Enterprise
- Provide demonstrations of the service for the High Value Customers and compliment the current onboarding experience that is superior to any other in the market
- Build strong networks through influencing and trust
- Drive an exceptional customer experience
- Work across a wide customer base on a day-to-day basis
- Provide customer insights and feedback to relevant internal teams/stakeholders for product and service improvements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with video demonstrations and/or contact centre environments
- Technically literate and familiar with customer engagement technologies, best practices, and trends.
- Demonstrated experience using Teams, Google Docs, Hubspot, MSDynamics/Salesforce would be preferred
- A passion for business, technology/SaaS products and customers
- Refined interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of what a fully digital/automated customer experience means and a passion for digital transformation journey
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and welcoming to challenge
