**Your Role**:
Your role is to maximise the revenue from key consumer lines partnerships in the mobile telecommunications arena. Working closely with Digital Product Managers, Data Analysts, Digital Marketing & Growth and Local Account Managers you will actively manage our partner portfolio, help institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships and countries across the organization, and be the “go-to” person for best practices across Digital/Consumer Partnership Account Management and Growth.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Maximize revenue from key partner, working cross-functionally with Regional and Local counterparts.
Ensure key partners have a growth plan in place through sales maximisation i.e. product map, marketing campaigns, OKR/KPIs are developed and maintained, and closely monitor sales and consumer trends for performance and loss drivers.
Partner Portfolio management.
Product maximisation and new product innovation.
Managing sales leads/BDMs across all regions in NZ. Oversight for targeted sales/training plans, etc.
Oversee conduct and compliance requirements for all aspects of the partnerships, including but limited to, sales/training initiatives, marketing campaigns both in-store and online.
Manage stakeholder engagement with all third party administrators.
Management responsibility for direct BDM reports including but not limited to execution of sales plans/targets, leadership and staff development, expense/T&E management.
Develop trusted relationships with Local counterparts and Digital Partners across APAC to support the implementation of growth plans.
Serve as the key point of contact for all partner account management matters.
Forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets per store / region / online vs. retail sales, etc.
Work together with local counterparts, Product Managers, Data Analysts and Digital Marketing & Growth colleagues to drive revenue growth, with clear strategies for new products and existing proposition optimization.
Knowledge sharing, upscaling the organization
Your final KPI is revenue from the partners you focus on.
**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
Strong Account Management experience in business to business environment.
Managed relationships in a complex and / or multinational environment.
Degree qualified in business management or a related discipline and/ or qualification in technology.
8+ years’ work experience in leading large and complex accounts/partnerships in consumer, digital, or fintech industries.
Experience working with teams across multiple countries.
Experience with a variety of project management tools e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Clarity.
An individual with high reliance and high energy.
**Desirable**:
Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
Experience in managing retail instore distribution is desirable.
Experience with mobile service providers and a thorough knowledge of their inner-workings.
Experience in the Travel industry business to business is desirable.
Exposure to underwriting systems and claims systems will be an advantage.
Consumer insurance experience in project management, account management and/or insurance sales as well as knowledge of the general insurance business model and underwriting/claims operations.
