As a Partner Success Manager you will be working with our Partners who have a majority of their clients on Xero. You would be responsible for accelerating the growth of Xero Partners by increasing revenue from existing customers. More specifically, the Partner Success Manager role will enable sustainable growth, retention, support and development of some of our most valued small and medium sized Xero Partners in New Zealand.
This will include challenging the thinking of Xero Partners while helping them understand the value of the Xero Ecosystem and how to successfully embed and use the Xero Practice Tools, where applicable. You will be responsible for facilitating growth through education, strategy and guidance.
**What you’ll do**:
- Nurture exisiting relationships and become a trusted advisor to our Partners
- Work with accounting and bookkeeping firms to strategise growth and increase revenue
- Work closely with your Territory Manager and other in-team and cross functional team members to create the best solutions and service for Accounting and Bookkeeper partners
- Organise and host partner events
- Identify and determine solutions to combat churn through education and value proposition
- Develop customer programs, processes and best practices including a deployment blueprint and tips for using the product
**Success looks like**:
- Wonderful relationships - you are a ‘go to’ advisor of some of the most entrenched Partners, building deep relationships with Partners and stakeholders, developing multiple contacts within each Partner firm.
- Educating Partners effectively
- Sustainable, long term growth of revenue
- Working closely with the Partner Consulting team to educate Partners and implement Xero practice and reporting tools
- Meeting monthly targets (Revenue Targets and Activity Levels)
**What you’ll bring with you**:
- Experience with managing long term client relationships
- Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice systems essential.
- Relevant Accounting qualifications
