**Key Account Manager - North Shore**
Our Key Account Managers have a natural ability to foster strong relationships. They know the art of follow-through which sets them apart when managing our major industrial manufacturing contract. From preparing proposals, maintaining price files, processing sales/ quotes/ invoices/ and purchase orders through to coordination of sales activities. They are the go-to person for all the contract questions
They understand what a fast-paced, busy environment looks like and know all about focus and planning to ensure Key Performance Indicators are delivered.
They use their in-depth technical industry knowledge to provide onsite customer support and identify new opportunities to grow our market share.
**What does the Key Account Contracts Manager do?**
- Build and maintain partnerships at a branch level, developing brand awareness and loyalty whilst capturing sales opportunities:
- Identifying and solving customer challenges
- Actively monitor and report on performance and Service Level agreements, regularly communicating outcomes
- Contribute to the development and preparation of sales budgets; monthly forecast reports; sales plans
- Liaise confidently with staff to coordinate sales activities

**How can I tell if this is for me?**
- Customer and sales focused with previous experience coordinating/overseeing or managing key accounts
- Self-motivated and driven to efficiently manage your own time to achieve targets
- Experience in a trade environment (both in distribution and end-customer environment) with sound knowledge of the industrial manufacturing industry will help you step into this role with ease and hit the ground running.
