**About the role**:
In the role you will be given fantastic exposure to the business with the opportunity to Retain, Grow and Gain accounts. The successful applicant will be responsible for offering client innovative solutions and maximising current products and programmes within customer accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales growth with some of the biggest companies within the Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurant and Food & Beverage.
**Some of the core responsibilities of the role are as follows;**
- Successfully achieve key account contract sales and profit targets as set out in the annual budget
- Partner with other Ecolab divisions to identify and leverage existing client relationships to win potential new customers for the Pest Elimination Division
- Build trust and an exceptional service across your accounts to ensure key account contracts are re-signed
- Proactively plan and manage account profitability through pricing implementation and contract growth
- Sell Pest Elimination programs and contracted services by presenting value-added sales strategies as well as winning key accounts within assigned market sectors and geographies
- Train, mentor and guide sales team colleagues on key technical services as well as providing an in-depth overview of each key account

- Previous experience working in the Pest Elimination industry or has sold into the F&B, Hospitality, QSR or Healthcare industries

- The ability to work autonomously in the field with excellent self-motivation and organisational skills.
