Project Administrator role in Wellington
Seeking an experienced administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced environment
**Your new company**
Your new role will be working for a public sector agency that seeks to continuously improve the lives of New Zealanders. This agency provides administrative and support services to numerous senior representatives across New Zealand. This role is focused on Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management and will require you to be 60% in the field and 40% in the office/at your desk.
**Your new role**
- Oversee all the areas of facilities.
- Sourcing quotes from contractors.
- Managing building compliance.
- Respond to after-hour issues via the call-out roster (you will be required to be on call and available to respond to calls on a rostered basis)
- Draft monthly reports.
- Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and follow up.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong administration experience, ideally within a construction background
- Experience liaising with contractors
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be a resident or New Zealand citizen
