**About the Role**:
The Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating and processing all project information in the operational and project management systems and ensuring the efficient flow of administrative workflows throughout the wider team.
The position ensures that project information is accurate, robust and up to date so reporting can be completed accurately, and suppliers get paid on time. The position is responsible for delivering professional, high-volume, high-quality support services to the team.
As part of the team, you will work in a highly focused, highly collaborative team
that works together in an office environment dedicated to producing consistent, reproducible, and scheduled results. Your role is to ensure projects meet their goals through a thorough, detailed approach.
**About You**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Work in the office every day to set hours, not working from home.
- Experience with Excel, spreadsheets and tracking relatively basic information.
- Experience setting up meetings and taking minutes.
