We are looking for a Project Administrator. This job is required to perform duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to the following:
Ø Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, schedules, and resources.
Ø Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Ø Track project progress and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Ø Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ø Prepare and distribute project-related communications, updates, and reports.
Ø Assist with resource allocation and manage project-related invoices and budgets.
Ø Organise and participate in project meetings, providing support in agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
Ø Identify and address administrative issues that may arise during project execution.
Ø Support the project manager in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
l An NZQF Diploma qualification or above, relevant to business management, or project management
l At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the qualification requirement
l Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
l Be a team player but also able to work independently
