Due to continued growth of the Mott MacDonald New Zealand’s advisory sector, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator who can provide document control, high level administration and financial assistance to our project teams and think outside the box.

Your key responsibilities will include document management and control, maintaining records on SharePoint, handling project paperwork, editing and processing submissions, financial management, arranging meetings, and collaborating with senior staff across Mott MacDonald.
