We are thrilled to offer a rewarding position for a seasoned Administrator to be stationed in Auckland based on a project worksite, reporting to the Project Director. We seek a qualified and enthusiastic **Project Administrator** to join our Project Team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will perform a range of clerical and administrative duties and respond to general enquiries from the Project Team.
- Being the Project Administrator, you will also be responsible for:_
- Maintain records, handle invoicing, meeting minutes and reporting
- Supervise and manage the workload of direct reports, ensuring tasks are assigned based on priorities and staff capabilities, and providing hands-on support when necessary
- Foster transparent communication, addressing team needs promptly
- Efficiently manage personnel and productivity within the team and department
- Uphold and enhance Northpower's brand and reputation through customer interactions
- Conduct internal audits as necessary

Your ability to organize and manage workloads, ensuring positive outcomes without compromising health and safety, is crucial.- Additionally, possessing the following would be beneficial:_
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration with a strong knowledge base
- Full clean Class 1 driver’s licence
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional data entry abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking and contemplative skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to motivate and influence others while demonstrating integrity and trust.
