We are currently on the look out for a super organised customer Service administrator to assist with the coordination of educational events for a large healthcare organisation. This opportunity starts asap for around 2-3 months. This role is full time hours where you will be working 8 hour shifts between 7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**The Role**
- Assisting with organisation and delivery of a range of educational events
- Be customer facing assisting with meet/greet/queries and booking events using the booking system
- Scheduling programmes, speakers and organising appropriate A/V equipment.
- Assisting with set up of Zoom and TEAMS sessions
- Referring more advanced IT issues to the IT team
- Assisting with other general administration using MS Office
- Proactive with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with assisting in the organisation of events an advantage
- Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrates excellent ability to manage and adapt to changes in processes and systems
- Demonstrates initiative to improve and develop programmes as required.
- IT savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office ability
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
