Marketing & Events Coordinator

As the Marketing and Events Coordinator for CARTERS based at our National Support Office in East Tamaki, you will be part of some fantastic promotions, events, and sponsorship campaigns that we have throughout the calendar year where you will be using your organisation and high attention to detail skillset in a variety of marketing and event initiatives which include coordinating campaigns, communications, and being part of a number of exciting events.
You will need to be confident in writing content, coordinating projects, obtaining quotes, and briefing various stakeholders at all levels whilst using your creativity to ensure our brand is well represented.
- Support trade promotions, event activations and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate requirements for printed collateral and merchandise ordering.
- Assist with administration for our customer loyalty programme.
- Manage customer and branch feedback inboxes and requests.
- Coordinate any special marketing projects as required.
**About you**
You will be someone who has high attention to detail, be able to deliver great customer experiences with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks along with the following skills and qualities:
- Qualified in brand, media and communications, events, or similar experience.
- Administration, project, or event coordination skills.
- Copy writing or digital communications experience.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter able to use your initiative.
- Skilled communicator, verbally and written.
- Team player able to multi-task, prioritises effectively.
- Microsoft Office suite & CRM.
- Adobe Creative suite skills (bonus)
