**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The purpose of the Coordinator / Team Administrator role is to
- Provide day to day administration support
- Maintain the contact lists for the various communities of expertise
- Set up and oversee events and internal / external meetings (could be in person or online)
- Oversee the service mailbox
- Undertake / coordinate projects
- Creates / collates promotional material

**Mōu | About you**

Effective communication skills are key in this role. You will need to demonstrate not only clear and concise communication but also an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. This includes being an active listener, approachable, and adept at fostering strong interpersonal relationships.

You'll bring your strong planning, organising and attention to detail skills to this role. This involves the ability to plan and prioritise tasks, ensuring timely deliver and adherence to required standards. Being well-organised, along with a keen eye for detail, is essential for success in this role.

Dealing with ambiguity is another key competency, you should be comfortable working effectively during times of uncertainty and change. This ability ensures adaptability and resilience, qualities necessary for navigating the dynamic landscape of healthcare and community services.

- Proven experience in administration
- Experience organising events in person and online
- Experience with creation and collation of content for social media.
- A good working knowledge of MS software.
