About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga

Be a part of our fantastic nib team This is an 8 month fixed-term role covering parental leave where you will be working alongside the CEO and CFO and Executive Leadership Team. You will be using your keen attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to expertly support the team.

As well as managing diaries, you will assist in developing strategic documents and reports, manage financial and non-financial compliance reporting, assist in the roll out and implementation of key initiatives as well as general administration and coordination activities. Utilising your sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills, you will also build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you | Ko Wai Koe

You are a time management whiz with a strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously. You will also possess:
- Experience in a PA, EA or similar administrative role is essential.- Strong stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills.- Transferrable skills from Events, Travel or Hospitality industry desirable- A proven ability to work independently, employing initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion. Unquestionable integrity. Understands the vital importance of confidentiality.- Excellent corporate presentation skills (written and verbal) with experience preparing internal and external reporting and submission papers.- Have a highly self-motivated, proactive and positive approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced computer skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
