**Te Whiwhinga Mahi| The Opportunity**:
A pivotal role that works towards uplifting our connection rates, as a Business Connect Coordinator you will support end-to-end delivery of customer orders and interpret customer requests, translating them into delivery of Chorus services and solutions.
Your “can-do” attitude will help you build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience and always be looking for ways to improve from a customer and process point of view and ensuring all orders received are progressed in accordance with our Service Level Agreements each and every time.
This particular role requires flexibility with when you’re able to perform the tasks assigned, including some overnight migration work so it’s imperative that you are able to commit to this when applying.

The most important thing is your attitude - smart and tech saavy with the ability to juggle multiple balls at once. You could be a provisioning or customer service star or a recent grad looking to join a company that will take you places
- Experience in customer facing roles with a strong customer service ethic and empathy.
- Great problem-solving ability, analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Motivated with a drive to deliver.
- Self-managing with the ability to deliver outcomes. You know how to juggle multiple priorities and have a calm and collective approach.
- Strong ability to embrace change, treating it as an opportunity for growth.
- Experience working in provisioning or telecommunications is an added bonus but if not we can bring you up to speed
