Permanent opportunity for a Coordinator to join a dynamic Business Support team in Wellington CBD

**Your new company**
This public sector organisation is one of the smaller within Central Government and, as a result, has a close-knit, family feel while still offering fantastic opportunities for career progression. Their Business Support team is seeking a Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, to provide administrative support to their group managers.

**Your new role**
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team who provide administrative support to the business group to ensure they are supported and have the right tools to perform in their roles

This will involve, but is not limited to:

- Managing diaries and inboxes for your managers
- Meeting and event coordination
- Making travel arrangements
- Managing expense claims
- Taking and distributing minutes
- Liaising with the wider Business Support team to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You will be assigned a specific administrative portfolio so that you can become a trusted advisor, add value to your business unit and make this role your own.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Prior experience in administration is essential, particularly inbox management and meeting coordination using the calendar function of Outlook.

This is a dynamic role so you will need previous experience in a position where you have had to adapt to a changing environment. Ideally this will be from a position within the public sector, because knowledge of and familiarity with the processes and pace of Government will be highly beneficial for this position.
