**The Opportunity**:
- As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes.

**Day to day you will**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Audit division.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Organise and manage diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Play an active role in event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Preparation of documents, presentations, and supporting materials for our teams
- Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
- An ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle 'curve balls' with ease.
