Process Improvement Manager

**Are you commercially savvy with a strong understanding of accounting principles and an interest in systems? If so, we need you to drive improvements and champion our Veterinary Practice Information System (ezyVet) across the business to achieve greater efficiencies.**:

Delivering excellence since 1944, Franklin Vets is the largest privately owned veterinary practice serving South Auckland, the Pohutukawa Coast, North Waikato and the Hauraki districts. The business is split into Commercial Farm, Lifestyle Farm, Companion Animal, and Equine divisions, allowing our teams to focus on their individual areas of expertise and provide the best patient care, specific advice, and client service they can.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Based in our Pukekohe support office, this newly created role reports to the Finance Manager, and will be accountable for developing and driving system process improvements to deliver client-centered solutions. You will be recognised as the organisation’s ezyVet expert while leading workstreams according to priorities and implementation time frames.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
- Reviewing the system and creating an efficient product pricing and billing setup that delivers accurate invoicing and sales reporting
- Design and integration of efficient workflows, including automation of reports, and client communication
- Maintain database integrity by developing audit processes to ensure ongoing accuracy
- Creating SOPs
- Training ezyVet users to ensure they are competent and able to extract maximum value from the system
***About You**:
You’re an energetic, self-starter with a strong accounting background, ideally gained within the health sector. Putting our customers at the heart of everything you do, you will be known for seeing projects through to completion, as well as your ability to collaborate and take on a wide range of views from other people. You will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- A high degree of IT literacy and integration knowledge
- Ability to quickly build consensus and influence others
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service experiences
- Business process improvement experience, including implementation and preparation of process documentation
