**About the Role**
This is an exciting new role at NZBS and an opportunity to be part of a team building a Project Management Office from the ground up. By leading the implementation of our process improvement framework and collaborating with others to build capability you will enable teams to identify and deliver complex process improvement initiatives that will positively impact on performance and consumer outcomes.
In this role, you will create engaging and meaningful resources including training, tools and other initiatives that support colleagues to adopt and use process improvement as part of their everyday work. You will work closely with project management and continuous improvement colleagues within the PMO and build strong partnerships across the business. Through this work at the end of every day, you know that you've contributed in some way to making a difference in someone's life.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have a Lean Six Sigma certification and a minimum of 5 years experience in continuous improvement roles, implementing complex initiatives at team and organisational level. You will have proven experience providing coaching and guidance to senior leaders, SMEs, teams and colleagues preferably within health, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
You will be energised by following the latest trends and innovations within the continuous improvement space and using your skills to adopt and adapt these best practices to meet the needs of the organisation.
You also have experience:
- Delivering complex process improvement initiatives with a focus on quality, safety and cost
- Influencing a diverse range of professionals who have expertise in different domains
- Assisting colleagues with the development of lean process improvement plans, documentation and report outs.
