Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and process improvement? We're seeking a dedicated Quality and Process Improvement Manager to lead this Auckland site's quality management systems and processes. Join this dedicated team to ensure top-notch quality standards, coordinate process enhancements, and elevate the New Zealand operations to new heights.

**What You'll Do**:

- Establish and maintain effective Quality Management systems and processes.
- Manage accreditations and certifications, fostering a culture of quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality performance and management systems.
- Provide technical support and leadership to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Oversee audits, compliance, and traceability to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive progress.
- Support new product introductions and ensure raw material quality.

**What You Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline, with manufacturing experience.
- Significant experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to influence Operations Leaders and operators to work to set quality standards.
- Extensive knowledge of International Quality Standards ISO9001 or ISO14001
- Experience in Risk Management and Process Improvement methodologies.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- Training as an internal auditor is highly desirable.
