The End-to-End Business Process (Tukanga) Improvement Tīma (Team) (E2EBPI) is a tīma of and change delivery experts, working across the organisation to find ways to transform our colleagues' experience by delivering simplified tukanga, so they can do the mahi that matters.
The tīma is part of the Colleague and Customer Enablement business unit, within Operational Excellence, and mahis with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the enterprise.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**
**This is an Auckland based, hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office, Monday and Wednesday being anchor Days. It is an 18 month fixed-term opportunity.**

**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**
- Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to appropriately scope, and shape tukanga improvement opportunities using tukanga improvement methodologies.
- Challenge established thinking constructively to deliver standard, efficient business processes that deliver value for customers and colleagues.
- Lead the cross functional delivery of project-based workflow automation solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder engagement that ensures clarity and alignment.
- Ensure the success of tukanga optimisation activity by supporting change activity, and any post implementation activity required to realise benefits.
- Prepare reporting and documentation to influence, support and deliver end to end tukanga improvement.

Business led experience with implementing workflow automation solutions, preferably Pega.
