About the Role
Are you passionate about streamlining operations, maximising efficiency, and driving continuous improvement? We're seeking a dynamic Business Process Manager to join our team and revolutionise our business processes
At Datacom, we're committed to delivering excellence in everything we do. As a Business Process Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying areas for optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments in our SAAS business.
**On a day-to-day basis you will**:
- Drive the continuous improvement in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes across the SAAS business, including the partner portal.
- Train teams on the use of Salesforce and promote adoption.
- Own the onboarding and operational processes for our channel partners, ensuring that Datacom delivers a consistent ecosystem experience for our SAAS customers.
- Detail requirements of any integrations for the product teams and prioritise the required integrations to support our channel partners.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding documentation, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, delivering best practices.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Coach and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Drive improvements in the use of other core tools.
**What you will bring**:
- Proven experience in Sales and Service operations
- Proven experience in Salesforce
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving change.
