Due to parental leave, we are currently recruiting a Business Improvement Advisor to continue the streamlining of processes and work practices to ensure our Global Support Centre runs effectively and efficiently for our customers.

The role:
This position will support the Centre to deliver key system implementations and ensure ongoing process improvements are made in line with our business requirements.

Working with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for process improvement opportunities from design to implementing initiatives to ensure the smooth and effective running of our business. Ongoing review and maintenance of processes and communicating updates and changes will also be part of your remit.

What we are looking for:
You will be a strong communicator who is able to engage at all levels of the business. You will have experience in mapping out and documenting processes, and be able to simplifying content to make it easily digestible. You may have previously worked on transformative change projects, or supporting teams through times of change or integration, ideally documenting the outcomes.

Process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma would be highly beneficial.
