As a cornerstone of the newly established Education Workforce Programme Delivery team, this role is pivotal in guiding and supporting programs that define the future of Education Workforce.

This role will facilitate seamless collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment and coherence in every initiative.


Beyond oversight, this role will be the catalyst of progress, steering projects towards success through programme monitoring, performance reporting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

There will be Programme and Project Management oversight, and this will set the standards that underpin our group's work program, establishing a consistent and efficient approach across all projects.


Collaboration and strategic alignment will be critical as this role works alongside the Practice Lead, ensuring that projects not only meet but enhance strategic goals.

The ability to construct effective communication loops between teams will be integral to gathering vital project reporting for governance.


This is a pivotal role that will not only shape projects but also contribute to the larger narrative of this Ministry's impact.

If you have a proven track record in enterprise planning and reporting, underpinned by a strategic mindset, then this role will be a great opportunity to redefine success.


Working in the Service Design and Implementation team, you will be well-versed in operating within a human-centered environment and you will have experience in coaching, fostering relationships, and navigating the intricacies of government processes.

Strengths in communication, collaboration, and adeptly managing complexity are integral for you to have meaningful stakeholder engagement. Your proficiency in these areas will lay the foundation for achieving outcomes that resonate.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience in PMO, design, build and execution.
  • Extensive experience in Programme, Project or Change Management delivery experience including strong working knowledge of industry best practice tools (i.e. P3M3, PgMP, MSP, PROSCI).
  • Proficient in creating and executing workplans aligned with organizational strategies and programs.
  • Skilled in establishing, enhancing, and managing functional workflows, while also leading inclusive teams and facilitating positive organizational change.
