We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the management of our Clinics located in Gisborne, Whanganui, Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington.

This role is based out of our Margaret Sparrow Clinic in Wellington with regular travel required across the region.

This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for someone passionate about growing our people and service.

In this role you will provide leadership and support to our clinical team of Doctors, Nurses and Medical Receptionists. You will guide people in their professional development and carry out recruitment, retention and HR support.

You will be managing the day-to-day operations and quality compliance of the clinics and ensure our services are designed to respond to the diverse needs of our community - with a focus on improving equitable access.

We are looking for a highly organised, client and people-centric, energetic person. You will have the ability to use your judgement and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions.

Ideally you will have;

  • Previous management experience in a similar environment.
  • Experience in team leadership, including managing people remotely.
  • A proven track record delivering clientfocused services.
  • Understanding of financial management.
  • Computer literacy, ideally familiarity with Patient Management Systems, Indici would be an advantage.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
