- Full time position, 40 hours per week
As an Administration Coordinator at the IDEA Services Christchurch branch, you will be working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment to provide general administration tasks.
You will be closely involved in reception based activities such as welcoming visitors to the branch, answering phones and responding to enquiries.
In addition, you will have the variety of working with data-entry, filing and database management.
You will be welcomed into a fun and energetic office environment, with opportunities to interact with the people we support who are living with intellectual disabilities.
NOTE - this is full time position of 40 hours per week. The actual hours of work are 8.30am-5pm
You will have:
- Previous administration experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, and think on your feet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work within a team, and autonomously.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
PLEASE NOTE:
the pay rate for this role is $23.11 per hour, please ensure that you are happy with this pay rate before applying
