Working with a highly experienced Programme Manager and a team of work stream leaders your efforts will contribute to a number of high profile programmes that are currently in a detailed planning stage.


What you will do:

This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities and exciting challenges.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Developing programme status reports including the maintenance of underlying programme plans, risk and issue registers and other key programme management documentation.
  • Liaising with workstream leaders to ensure programme documentation and plans etc. are maintained at a Workstream level.
  • Providing administrative support for the Programme Manager and Workstream Leads including arranging and minuting meetings, organising travel, developing presentations as well as updating risk and issue registers and other documentation.
  • Managing information flows and process for the Programme including project reporting, and status updates.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Programme Coordinator who demonstrates a solid history in project support roles, and who has the maturity, confidence and communication skills to keep everything on track.

Applications will also be considered from more junior project coordinators who are on a career trajectory, are hardworking, who possess a great attitude and who want to learn from some of the best local project leadership around.


  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, business analysis or commerce
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Project/Programme Administration or Coordination
  • Experience in supporting project management teams, including project reporting
  • Working knowledge of PMO & governance tools, processes and systems
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Project Online and SharePoint
  • Understanding of Agile environment and ways of working
