About Us

The Role

This is a critical role within our administration team, which directly impacts the success of learning for our students, through ensuring that we have adequate relief teachers available to fill planned and unexpected teaching gaps on a daily basis.

It is a very busy role that combines the elements of building and maintaining strong relationships with our relieving teachers together with strong organisational and administrative skills.

This role will also provide administrative support to our academic leadership team.

The Hours
The hours will be Monday to Friday 6.30am to 12.30pm, term time only.

About You
If you thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines, this could be the role for you.Youwill bring strong organisation and administrative skills, a positive, can-do attitude, be able to problem solve and build excellent relationships. This role is busy and fast paced, often needing to find relief staff at the last minute, so your resilience and patience will be required every day. Previous experience working in the educational sector would be advantageous.

Ideally able to start at the commencement of Term 3 - Monday 22 July 2024.
