supporting tūroro (patients) and their whānau.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
This Administrative role plays a vital role in
partnering with the Hub - s clinical and non-clinical teams as well as internal
and external stakeholders. This role shares accountability with the team to
provide care in the community to ensure safe and supported care for the tūroro (patient(s)) and their whānau in the community, which aims to improve
equity outcomes.
This is a part-time, fixed-term role till the 30th
of September 2023. This role requires you to work 32 hours per week, on a
roster that covers 7 days a week. You should be available to work on public
holidays and weekends, between 8 am and 5.30 pm. There are two shifts that
start at either 8 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. We aim to have clear
rosters between 2 and 3 weeks ahead of time. This role is based in an easily
accessible central Christchurch location.

We are looking for
someone who has a passion for the manaaki hauora (Health Industry) and wants to contribute in
a meaningful way. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy interacting
with tūroro (patients),
be able to work autonomously and take initiative. In this role, you would be
required to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, a
collaborative problem-solver, and be able to manage multiple priorities and
distractions.

- Experience in a customerfacing administration or coordination role
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of and commitment to upholding the
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel,

- Previous experience in customer service and
