They specialise in Service, Manufacturing, Project Management and Engineering and cover almost anything fuel related.


They are a rapidly growing and reputable company looking for a Hamilton-based National Service Manger to oversee their Service Division.

About Role:


An awesome opportunity to lead a nationwide team of Service Technicians responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance services for customers.

Reporting to the GM you will be part of the senior leadership team.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Service Supervisors and Technicians
  • Ensure service jobs are efficiently coordinated
  • Manage client liaisons at a corporate level
  • Drive growth through a sales focus
  • Be involved in the recruitment of new staff.
  • Be instrumental in resolving technical issues
  • Ensure all paperwork, job sheets, time sheets, invoicing, stock requisitions and creditor / supplier invoices are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company H&S policies
  • Build a knowledge base or repair and service procedures in all departments

About You:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications would be ideal
  • Ideally you will be from within the fuels or energy sector
  • Solid mechanical and electronic skills
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Sales ability
  • Highly organized and deadline driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship management
  • Strong commitment to occupational health and safety and environmental standards
