This position offers a unique opportunity as a 12-month fixed-term engagement or a secondment opportunity for an internal staff member.

The decision to structure it as a fixed-term role is driven by the requirement to bolster the management of the National Scheduling Support Team's day-to-day operations during a critical phase of upgrading our Scheduling and Time Carding system.

This initiative aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role of additional support is crucial during this transformational period.

Your role involves recruitment support, training, and ensuring team success.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the National Scheduling Support Team for smooth daily scheduling and time carding.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding the National Scheduling Support Coordinator.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the team.
  • Act as a reliable backup to the National Scheduling Support Manager.
  • Drive team success, contributing actively and motivating members.

  • Proven experience in team management or supervision is advantageous.
  • Attentive to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy.
  • Previous involvement in tasks related to the role.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and abilities to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; intermediate level or higher.
  • Comfortable with technology and experience implementing new technological workflows.
