This role reports directly to the Operations Technical Manager. You will be responsible for the planning and management of a technically competent and customer facing service operation.
We are looking for someone who can provide leadership and direction to the regional service to deliver excellent customer service.
You'll be responsible for the development and training of a FPA Team and maintenance of a network of service centres authorised in servicing our products.
You'll provide regular support and technical training to service agencies and dealers, assist with managing warranty costs, negotiate contracts, assist with customer care issues as needed, provide service in remote areas if no other service source can be obtained and refurbishment of returned / warehouse damaged products.
Who are you?Based in either Auckland or Waikato regions, service leadership is your area of expertise. You've got demonstrable experience in delivering the best service, including a successful track record.
You've got a passion and ability to build and grow a team to achieve the company's goals of providing an exceptional customer experience, as well as significant exposure dealing with various levels of stakeholder relationships.
You've got excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, advanced decision-making abilities and the leadership capability to ensure we keep delivering premium outcomes.
