**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Administrator **to join our **Colliers Project Leaders **team, based in **Newmarket**, Auckland.
In this role you will be the **first point of contact **for clients, guests, callers, consultants, suppliers and Colliers Project Leaders team members as well as being responsible for general office administration duties.

- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service
- Ensure requests are handled efficiently and promptly and are dealt with in a professional manner
- Assist the team with drafting documents, monitoring office systems and administrative processes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Executive Assistant and Management Accountants
- Coordinate Health & Safety requirements to ensure compliance
- Demonstrate Colliers Project Leaders' values on day to day basis
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an administrative role in a commercial environment desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Driver's licence required
