**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our **Investment Sales **team in our award winning waterfront **Auckland CBD **office.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional with aspirations to become a sales agent to provide administrative and marketing support to an engaged team of successful brokers.

**The value you'll add**
- Collaborate to create winning client pitches, submissions, and market overviews
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate team and client events and meetings
- Maintain databases and files
- Support the team to ensure success
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Intermediate level of competence with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, would be an advantage
