**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Team Assistant** to join our successful Retail Leasing team, based in our world-class waterfront CBD premise.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to provide administrative and marketing support to a team of successful leasing brokers.

- Collaborate to create winning client pitches, submissions, and market overviews
- Develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns
- Create presentations, reports, and other documentation
- Coordinate team and client events and meetings
- Maintain databases, files and project minutes
- Support the team to ensure success

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - essential
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, would be a plus
