**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, aspiring salesperson to join our **Residential Project Marketing** team, based out of our new **Auckland CBD **office.

This role will work across our leading Auckland wide projects, providing sales and administrative support at our display suites as you work towards securing your real estate licence and developing the skills and knowledge to become a high performing Project Sales Consultant.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to our team of Project Sales Consultants
- Manage registrations and coordinate appointments
- Greet and show prospective purchasers around the display suites
- Respond to enquiries and initiate follow up calls
- Prepare contracts, sales and purchase agreements, and other documentation
- Assist to prepare sales reports
- Maintain records and databases
- Support the wider team as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Client focus and ability to deliver service excellence
- Strong relationship building skills
- High level of personal and professional presentation
- Tech-savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A desire to learn and develop in the real estate industry
