**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a passionate and driven **Team Leader** to join our **Corporate Solutions, ServiceHub team**.

We are seeking for an engaging and client-focused professional to lead and empower our motivated team of Property & Facilities Coordinators, enabling a smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities management services nationally.

This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based in our **Auckland CBD** or **Wellington CBD** office.

**The value you’ll add**
- Lead and mentor the ServiceHub team
- Provide technical training, enabling the growth of our team members
- Assist to develop, implement, and effectively manage processes
- Coordinate day-to-day team responsibilities to ensure contract requirements fulfilled
- Ensure exceptional service and enhance the client experience
- Assist to manage health, safety, risk, and compliance
- Collaborate and provide support to the team Directors

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to manage compliant Health & Safety policy and processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using building or property management software would be a plus
